If you are a new customer please make sure to check your e-mail (especially your junk/spam folder) in case we contact you for proof of age. Without proof that the customer is 18 years old or over the order will be cancelled and refunded after 14 working days.
Fantasia Leeds Limited are a specialist gift retailer for use by responsible adults only. We will not sell any restricted item to anyone under the age of 18 years.
Anyone purchasing any product from Fantasia Leeds Ltd. should be aware of any laws concerning possession and use of such items and should abide by such laws.
We do not condone or promote anti-social, illegal or dangerous behaviour with any items purchased from Fantasia Leeds Ltd.
Fantasia Leeds Ltd. do not accept responsibility for the misuse of products displayed on or purchased from this site.
Age Verification
Certain debit cards and pre-pay credit cards can be issued to under 18's so we cannot use the use of a credit card as proof of the age of the customer, therefore we will make background checks to verify that our customer is of an age of 18 years or over.
We can normally do this without needing to contact the card holder by using the Electoral Roll. We use www.192.com.
To ensure that your order is dealt with quickly please ensure that you provide us with your full name (no nicknames or initials) and please ensure that you enter the correct address that your payment card is registered to, as your billing details. Failure to supply the correct registered card address may result in the order being cancelled.
If a prospective customer is not listed on the public version of the Electoral Roll then we will contact the aforementioned by e-mail and request proof of age
OUR RETUNS POLICY IS ACCORDING TO EU LAW
Pre-Dispatch cancellation requests for individual stock lines can be accepted over the telephone, and by email. Such cancellations do not become effective until you receive a return confirmation email of cancellation from Customer Service which will be sent to the email address registered on your account. Please note that if the item is already within the delivery process, e.g. goods are being picked and shipped from the warehouse, then cancellation cannot be effected and returns procedure must be used after the goods have arrived.
If there is a problem with any of the items that you have received please contact us immediately, time is of the essence as we only have a very narrow window in which to effect returns or make claims.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel or return within fourteen calendar days of the goods being delivered. Under the Regulations the Customer is responsible for all carriage return costs. The cancellation period will expire 30 calendar days after date of delivery.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 there is a 30 day right to reject the goods if they do not conform to contract. The burden of proof is on the Customer to show that the goods fail to conform
All items must be returned in original packaging with all seals intact and in re-saleable condition. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 state that “If the value of the goods is diminished by any amount as the result of handling of the goods by the consumer beyond what is necessary to establish the nature characteristics and functioning of the goods, the trader may recover that amount from the consumer, up to the contract price” “Handling” in this context is specified in the regulations as …”that might reasonably be allowed in a shop”.
If you decide you no longer wish to have the item as you have changed your mind we have a 15% handling fee which is taken from your refund.
Re-imbursement will be made by the same means as payment was effected. All re-imbursements are in £sterling.
We may withold re-imbursement until after the returned goods have been received, Re-imbursement is normally made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
AIRSOFT BB GUNS
From 01/10/2007 the laws regarding Airsoft guns have changed for the UK. Under the VCRA Bill 2006 it is illegal to buy or sell an Airsoft gun to anyone under the age of 18 years. Under Section 36 of the V.C.R Act it is a criminal offence to alter the appearance or paint in a colour of an imitation firearm to make it into a realistic firearm.

The minimum age you can purchase an Airsoft BB Gun is 18 years.
AGE RESTRICTIONS WHEN BUYING BB PELLETS AND ACCESSORIES
There is no age restriction when buying BB pellets or other accessories. However items such as GAS CANS and CO2 CAPSULES may have an 18 years restriction applied.
MINIMUM AGE YOU CAN OWN OR FIRE AN AIRSOFT BB GUNS
There is no age restriction to own or to operate an Airsoft BB Gun. It is within the law for a person that is 18 years or over to purchase a two-tone (non-black) Airsoft BB Gun and gift it to a person that is under the age of 18 years of age to own and operate. So, a parent can buy a two-tone airsoft gun and give it to their child to use or keep regardless of their age. We recommend that an adult should supervise persons under the age of 14 years.
BUYING A TWO-TONE AIRSOFT BB GUN (bright orange, green, blue or clear)

BLADED ITEMS
AGE RESTRICTIONS WHEN BUYING BLADED ITEMS
It is illegal to sell bladed items to anyone under 18 – This includes cutlery, kitchen knives and letter openers.
Anyone 18 years of age or over may buy a bladed item without any background checks. If you are buying online we will verify your age using the electoral register and we may need to see ID for age confirmation.
We make every effort to obtain accurate product information including images, specifications and prices from our suppliers. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, image, description or any other inaccuracy. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order request based on any incorrect price, description or availability.
